The awareness or the information about the technology motivate the workers, technology acceptance model work as the motivation of the end users by explaining the ease of the use of the new preprograms of IT and usefulness of the IT systems. For understanding about the new software’s and to get the information about them unit is important to motivate the employees. The lack of the self-efficacy can create the resistance for the new IT programs, For this it is necessary to understand that how these software’s causes the stress of the employees. Organizations also have the need to balance the work life for making sure about the performance of the employees because effectiveness or the efficiency depends on them. In term of ensuring the success implementation of the new systems, managing different issues is important for the organization.
