In the article of influencing change and overcoming barriers, it describes that change or innovation in anything is a good step. Like Apple which influences the change, that is the result that every year Apple introduce something innovative. The development of change in the organisation is very difficult task to implement the changes in the organisation. But Apple makes such kind of the strategies which play important role for getting the goal of the organization. The strategic planning as well as role of change managers plays an important role in recognising change in the organisation. During the implementation of creative and innovative idea, management of Apple faced many problems but their planning and strategies play the important role for overcoming that barriers that the organization faces.  Many hurdles and barriers exist in way of achieving goals but right strategies and proper communication channel of Apple play important role for overcoming these barriers. Apple main challenges is to maintain the world’s largest and the famous technology of the company. That is the reason that the stock prices of Apple has shed the quarter of its value as the analysis of investors and the wall street.   (CHASAN, 2014).

Analysis:

The organisational change is the difficult task to implement and gain the competitive advantage in the market. Many of the employees are resisting to accepting the change in the organisation and standing with the change mangers but refusing to accept the change (Kotter, 2007). Apple makes the innovative strategies and introduce some of the innovative idea for competing their competitors.  Change in Apple plays an important role for their success. Winning products of Apple is iPad tablet, but this device of Apple faces some of the competition, notably from Samsung, new Google and the Microsoft products. (Hamel, 2011)This field is growing but Apple iPad tablet is most famous among all other brands. Change means creativity in the products and in the strategies of that organisation. Influencing change is more art than the science.  Therefore, it is essential for companies to adopt the habit of creativity. Without change, it is difficult for organisation to survive in the markets. To survive in the markets the companies have to redesign organisational models, continuing reconstruction, learning processes and employees training. The main reason of the success of Apple is their innovative ideas and is their strategies. In this way, productivity of Apple increases and organisation can easily achieve the goal (Root, 2013)
