The Tottenham Hotspur plc was found in the year of 1882 and its being the oldest teams in the premier league. The club was the second famous and prominent group after Manchester United as it holds large number of trophies win from different tournaments.  The club was the first club of its own nature i.e. owned by public in England. The club was the initiator of the hospitality (Corporate) boxes in their respective stadiums and it was listed in London Stock Exchange in the year of 1983. The club is also involved in the outreach and social responsibilities in terms of donations in different charities.

Mr. Daniel Levy was previously the director of Scottish club; he understood the whole aspects of the football club where a club is able to see the financial longevity and stability. The new director was concerned about the huge payments made in terms of salaries to players but don’t even get the reward as a victory. The basic aim was to make the football club more progressive and stronger in terms of money and properties i.e. fixed assets in form of stadiums. The idea or the concepts of having more fixed assets would not hlp the club to make more profits or revenue but it would also helps the charitable organizations and its fans. Therefore, the basic problem was to raise the money funds from different sources as they are facing shortage of that thing. Alternative methods of solution The alternative methods that the club adopted to meet their needs of earning more funds through different ways like building and development of football stadium and training grounds of the players. This alternative method would help the club in the revenue rising up to 40% in response to its forecasts. The clubs have to bear the initial cost for the construction of the new football stadium in £250M over the period of ten years. The second thing, which the club would adopt, was like the acquisition of new popular players that could add in terms of revenue by the increase in the fan following of the club. The revenue of the club would be raised by the induction of new goal scorer into the club. The first thing is to make a payment for player rights and for contracts negotiations with the players. The club has kept these things in mind for the improvement in its funds. The third thing, which the club has adopted as an alternative, would be the developments of training grounds besides having the good strikers and large capacity stadiums. The training grounds of the club were not sufficient for the top players to practice their skills so the alternative method of development of new stadiums were introduced that could increase the performance or the productivity of the players. Recommendations The recommendations for the Tottenham club would be to acquire services of those players that can contribute more to the clubs image in its fans mind. The more popular players would grab more attendance in the matches of its team. The increase in the number of fans, which already been increasing day by day would help the club in terms of more revenue to the club. The new director proposes good things or aims that could give benefit to the club in their need of funds. The business strategies of enhancing the capacities of the stadiums and ultimately raising the clubs account. The idea of making improvements both in the physical and professional skills of its structures and team would give the club a competitive advantage over the time.
