The Austin energy with the contract of recurrent energy that is cost effective.  The 600-mega watt of solar energy provides to 100 homes in future 2017 that recognize the utility bills are affordable to the community with the exploration of solar energy project. The marketing conditions for the project of solar energy are favorable that initiates the higher returns from such renewable energy. This identifies very low cost of investment and gives benefits to the community. If the cost of natural gas is same in 2018 than it is possible for the Austin to save about $ 12.7 million each year. The sources of renewable energy are more persuade by the nonprofit organizations that it has minimal billing payment as compare to other power plant projects. The solar energy has used for some limited time no forever and this energy is used only in daytime not overall working day.  (Curington, 2014)

IBM is connected with the Austin energy for the implementation of the oracle utilities. Innovative system of energy is recognized through the oracle utility system that gives detailed energy usage data. The future needs of the customer are also recognized through this system. This oracle utility system designs the comprehensive design for affordable energy with the population growing. The Austin energy is the foundation of the America in many initiatives in the creation of the infrastructure that is related to the power and energy wiht the prevention of environment. 3-Austin Energy complaints spike after bills skyrocket:

There are many complains arise against the Austin energy that they have charge the bills without any investigation of the data information of the customer. KXAN investigate the emails, calls that Austin energy double, and sometimes triple charge their bills from the customers. In December 2012, that is warmest month average temperature, record 68.9 degrees. The Pedley who is the consumer of electric recognized that we live our home about 17 years and better knows how to read bills of electric. They got $ 158 electric bill more than the previous year that is does not match with the kilowatt-hours. The Austin energy receives a lot of complains not only just double the charge of bill but also no reading the meter accurately. This recognizes that the Austin energy is not utilizing the proper implementation of their software’s and employees are not trained in getting the right information of the customer. When investigating the complains of the customer it is identified that 1000 meters reading are in favor of home owner whose claim are right just because of negligence by the sustain energy in their systems. New smart meters are installed in the homeowners that recognize the accurate billing record of the consumer. (Willis, 2013)
