I do not think that office bullying is a kind of an organizational conflict. Office bullying is an act of intimidating a weaker person to do something according to the wish or desire of stronger person. Office bullying exists in the different offices to satisfy the ego of different person working. This is a fact that this is not happening in the offices. It can be happened in at any work place were different individuals or group of individual work. When we talk about organizational conflict then we think about the clashes of ideas and decisions but buying refers to imposing the negative thing on a person who has no voice to justify his/her rights and obligations. Therefore, it is very different with organizational conflict as organizational conflict may be positive and effective in some manners but bullying may destroy the career of a weaker individual at workplace. (Thomas, 2011)

This is true that some people in offices or at workplace like to hurt other people physically, emotionally and psychologically. After watching the video, I would like to adopt different measures or solutions to evade the bullying, which is affecting me at work place. The first step that I learned is pinpointing of identifying the source from where the aggression is coming for him at workplace. Normally new talented people become the victims by the seniors. Apart with this, I would like to review my actions again to check my emissions or mistake at workplace. If there is a mistake or emission then we have to control and restore it to keep the things normal. I have to articulate with that person who is treating me poorly at work place, as I will look forward to stand up for my right and self-respect. Without violent and emotionally scaring, we just need to perform our work but if things go ahead then we have to as a person about what is affecting my performance regarding this. However realizing the limitation in offices and workplace is also very important for working people. (YAKOWICZ, 2014)

This is very easy to create and sustain the bully free workplace environment. As a manager, I would like to implement some steps or initiative to sustain the workplace effective equal for all the workers. This first step is to pay attention and strictly direct the all people to work under the limitations designed by the workplace management. As a manager, we cannot ignore anything as we have to listen and watch immediately and do something.  A manager will play a role of leader and will find the permanent solutions for this problem. I have to be calm at workplace to make the impartial decision at the end. I will have motivational sessions with all the workers weekly to analyze and judge their performance, effectiveness, productivity and their reservations regarding the workplace environment. If a person is found to be involved in bullying someone then he will be treated hardly and may be terminated in case of emotional or violent damage. Apart with this, this is a responsibility of a manager to implement the organizational culture in the department. This will help him to sustain the positive and productive workplace where talented and new people will have collaborated work with others with sustaining the creativity. These are the key solutions for me to evade the office or workplace bullying. (Comaford, 2014)

I was also victimized in an office at my first job. This was private company in the town dealing in yarns trading in all over the world. I was hired by the executive and had to work with the business manager in that office. This was unfortunate for me to work with that kind of person because personality and work creativity difference. He was emotionally teasing me with overtime and used to talk with me very loud in the office. Initially I ignored this way of behavior and concentrated on my work performance. There was no learning, motivation and attention towards me as he wanted to pick up my expected mistakes and intended to keep me under pressure.  This was frustrating and I started to react but with sustaining the space and office limitations. I told him that I am new and fresh individual and you are continuously teasing me. I warned him about my expected approach toward the boss regarding this behavior. I also request him to let me do my work do not talk to me other than work. This worked and I had the good time there. After this, I also had a good relation with him. This was the result of documentation of bully’s actions and threats to approach towards the higher management. I think this is the perfect approach for any individual to deal with the bully. Organizations have solutions for these cases therefore it is better to talk with the higher management rather than hustle with the bully as it will also affect other which may not productive for the us and the company is well. (Heathfield, 2012)

There is difference in bullying and harassment at workplace as these two aspects are separated in nature. This is true that harassment and bullying are considered the same but there are some deviations between these two aspects. First big different that I found is nature of attack. In harassment a person and have uninvited touch or damaging the possessions of others. Bullying always goes emotionally with the person while harassment is different. Bully can target anybody to become the better than them at the workplace. However, harassment will lead the person to do the particular act repeatedly and on the other hand bullying is often time problem. Another very prominent different in harassment and bullying is happening. IT means that harassment may occur at any place as workplace is not only that place for it. On the other hand, bullying will only happen at workplace to keep some one down and weaker. (Bullies and Adults, 2008)
