Case description:

During the last decade oil prices reached on the record, pouring petrol dollars in the Middle East.  The key drivers of the foreign direct investment in Middle East especially in Riyadh and Dubai in different financial and service sector are being analyzed. This research conducted in some of the foreign companies in service and financial sectors and they invest there and select foreign direct investment in the service sectors. Dubai is the most attractive area for the foreign and private investors in the region of GCC.  After Dubai Saudi Arabia is the most desirable place for the investors for the regions of HNWI.

 This case is based on three sections. First shows that how rules, regulations, and requirements change and become more receptive for the foreign direct investment. The second secession examines the framework of the capital and financial transaction in different countries. Third secession expresses the experience of different companies in financial services sector that they invest in these regions.  These are the most influential cities of the Middle East. That is the reason that investors want to invest in the Middle East especially in these two countries
