Do you believe that obesity can be prevented?

Yes! I do believe that obesity can be prevented and it needs to be prevented especially in our children. Modern Medical studies consider it a disease as it lessens average life span of a Human being. Opportunities and possibilities are endless once we are mentally prepared.  We need to aware and motivate both children and parents about obesity and how it is detrimental to our normal healthy life.  By creating Awareness on overweight parents and their children can be motivated to exercise which would help them maintain a weight, ideal to experience healthy life style. In case of children obesity, Responsibility lies on parents as they can inculcate them to trim down their weight by motivating them for outdoor physical activities with patience or by strict instructions. By such actions obesity can be prevented

Currently fast food is most to be blamed for the rising obesity in America. There  has  been  exponential  increase  in numbers  of  obese  people  in  developed  nations  around  the  world.  Nevertheless,  the  interesting thing here is that fast food chains or restaurants are not the mere cause of obesity in Americans; it  also  includes  eating  larger  portions  of  obese  food  containing  unhygienic  ingredients,  non-active  lifestyles  of  people  having  less  physical  activities,  etc.
