The primary objectives of problem solving would involve the assessments from diverse and distinctive perspectives. The interpretation and data analysis is termed to be a process for assigning meaning to gathered information while implicating the observations of a study. The building of rapport is the initial and primary activity in such assessments and the second stage involves collecting information from diverse perspectives i.e. environment and its clients. (Ertmer & Newby, 2013)

The first stage in such assessment describes presentation of problems that a client or patient has in general, whereas the second stage would be the assessment based on medical terms and also undercover the relational information as well as pertinent issues to current situation of our client. (Hersen, 2004)

Anne was facing different pertinent issues in her life, which becomes harder to be tackled by her own. The client Anne was suffering from anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, financial and personal abuses. These depressing feelings have turned her thoughts in negative sense and that is the reason why she turned herself to New Hope Christian Church.
