Creativity

The word Creativity is defined as the set of new rules and practices transmitted from the domain to individuals for it to happen. The individual must create some sort of variation in domain’s content, and then the variation must be selected for the inclusion in the domain. The importance of the Creativity lies in the ability to see the things in the context of something. The perception of a thing comes with the aspect of creativity in some product or service. Creativity is the breaking down of the knowledge in order to gain new insights of nature. Understanding the model of reality is an important determinant of creativity. Creativity includes organization of thoughts about something in a way that makes the understanding clearer and considerable.  Invention is another aspect of creativity that will result in a process, technique and in a device which is significant in application of technology (BRADY, 2013).

The models of creativity have been discussed by a large number of experts in their own ways. The major aspects / concepts in the creativity model are as follows:

1. Creativity:

It is the idea or a product that is original and that can be implemented. The ideas, which are originated firstly in minds and thoughts and then implemented into the business, model effectively (Prientice, 2000).

2. The Field:

The field is the place where all individuals act as a gatekeeper towards the domain. The place all the competitors has come to display their creative skills of doing the business. The field acts as the ground for all the competitors to act accordingly to their creative models (Goddard, 2009).

3. The Domain

The Domain is the main hub that set the rules and principles for creativity. The Domain includes the cultural and norms values for the user to act in certain situations and conditions.

Google Inc.

The Google is considered the world’s best and efficient search engine, which allows us to take it as an example for the creativity model. For the business point of view, the Google is considered as a giant in this field of technology. The Google’s creativity is the basis for its growth. The creativity factor in Google is very high. It adopts most suitable and updated creative models making it more creative and better option for its users (Hodges, 2005).
