This additional investment for CSR enhances financial performance for long run through some other factors. The key resources to create environment of CSR manages by company to grasp attentions of afore-said parties directly affected by it. Now a day companies are thinking about creation of wide range CSR policy so that they can get sustainable competitive advantage in real manner.
