Answer: There are three key elements of motivation. Firstly, direction is that entity that provides an intrinsic motivation and individual aligned with the organizational objectives. Sometime individual chooses the specific way from different ways to get its objective as earlier as possible. Alternatives lower the chance to failure. Secondly, Intensity, the wordy meaning is pressure towards something but along with wordy meaning, the same thematic meaning has been extracted in the field of motivation. Intensity is the force or strength of arousal to get job done as soon as possible in static and already chosen direction (Robbins, Judge, & Hasham, 2009). Thirdly, persistence constitutes consistent behavior for doing a job with the chosen direction. Thematic meaning of persistence taken by motivation researchers are the commitment to retain with the objective in selected way. These three are elements of motivation and provide a full package of forceful behavior other than remuneration at job as job requirement.
