Diversity and its blessings are so many that nobody can deny about its reality and real time implication for further exploration of different paradigm shifts among human resource management. Theoretically speaking, it penetrates among different aspects of same society. The aspects that are going to consider under this concept is difference of age, gender ethnicity, the basis of sexual difference, the physical ability of whole workforce at generic base and specifically at different dynamics of society and social culture exit among the organizations. As the matter of fact, there are so many issues are inculcating among social culture of organizations and this social culture affecting diversity at major level. (Cieri, Holmes, & Abbott, 2005)

There are many issues among the management of diversity specifically in Australia. The key agenda of this writing is to explore those issues. Furthermore, concept of diversity management will discuss in this writing according to Australian based organizations. The impact of diversity management and workforce amalgamation, directly and indirectly, are upon organizations in Australia. In addition to this, analysis explores the current level of understanding of diversity management with respect to research and development element within Australian organization. (Delahaye & Ehrich, 2006)

The futuristic goal along with trends and time line of such management are still exit among those organizations and their proper implication by devising the best strategy. There are many challenges and issues linked with the implication of age factor with respect to age and this most used cultural diversity in real time in Australia. Beyond the actual issues related to aspect of age in diversity management, age paradigm is very alluring in obtaining the extract of job performance with reference to organizational performance and organizational effectiveness indeed and this text explore the whole benefit package along with it. (Delahaye & Ehrich, 2006)

There are lots of practices are there at organizational level to cope up diverse workforce within an organization with respect to age and its age elements in real manners and in beneficial way.

According to Australian concise theoretical material about the whole management at diversity management front, one can argue that diversity management is the strategy and this strategy applies everywhere within organization. The creation of integrated workplace is dire need of every organization generally, but in recent circumstances, it becomes essential in Australian organizations. One can say that whole paradigm shift is revamped due to generation of gap between employment involvement and motivation among different organization in Australian market. (Cope & Kalantzis, 1997)

Diverse workplace is not a need in traditional-centered organizations because they were not seeking for any kind of competitive advantage rather than they only focused upon stereotype organization with static working conditions around employee. Diversity management is key in identify the share of market by issuing many creative and innovative products in same market. There are so many employee resource groups generally exit in all types of organization but specifically exit within Australian-centered organizations who wants to achieve some creativity so that competitive advantages can achieve from research and development till the end user involvement. (Netto & Sohal, 1999)
