Changes in the business have been taking place rapidly, for getting success business have to adapt these changes. One of the most important or the recent change is the growth of e-commerce in which customers buy or sell the products with the help of internet. The use of the internet in the marketing is becoming fast and furious. There is large number of the businesses that fails after adopting the internet for buying or selling of the goods and services. There is large number of the automobile companies that are more dominated in this industry are successfully using the internet for selling of the goods or services. Organizations using the latest or the advanced technology for the satisfaction of the customers, with the changes in the technology the needs or demands of customers are also going to change.

Therefore, most of the companies give preference to their customers; they think that customers are the main or the important assets. Without customers, they are noting, and it is not possible to get success. Some of the businesses are using the electronic files and databases for keeping the information of the customers, then according to this information, they know the needs or demands of the specific areas then they make the strategies and target the people of that specific area. Therefore, competition in the markets is going to increase, for competing their competitors different organizations make the different strategies. In this effort of competing, some of the organizations start to produce perfect quality product without any mistake.

Demands of the customers are going to increase; they want the good services with the high quality.  In the competition of competing different organizations, some of the organizations start to produce the products that exceed the customers’ expectations means good quality products with the low prices. The reason is that those organizations give preference to the customers, and organizations that give preference to the customers always remain successful in the industry. For fulfilling the demands of the customers, organizations are adjusting the e-commerce era. The important change is occurring, is the movement to do business on internet.
