Ethical Dilemma in Decision Making:

When we take any decision in the organization, we have to take decision without the factor of the biasness, and have to take the decision according to the situation. In this situation, I think that we have to eliminate the financial planner who is twenty-seven years old. He is the new employee of the organization. His experience is less than the other is. Other employee who is fifty-five years old has more experience and knowledge in this related field. She is the older employee of the organization. She can bitterly handle this situation.

 Because she is experiences employee and any person learn better from the experience of the life. That is why it will not be good for to eliminate the older or the experienced employee of the organization. Other financial planner who is twenty-seven years old, he s new in this field and he have no knowledge for to handle such bad crises.

With this, he has lack of knowledge in this related field. He has no idea that what have to do in such crises. In the crisis, he cannot take the right decision, because he will get confused that will have to do. Because before this he has no experience or he never face such critical position. That is the reason that we have to eliminate this younger employee. During taking decision we do not have be biased.

 The reason for choosing the other employee who is a woman of fifty-five years old is that only he has experience or knowledge, we do not select due to the reason that her husband is ill and he cannot do nothing, or her children are in colleges. She has to pay their fesses. It is not the reason for her selection. Because in organizations we do not have to take the decisions on emotional basis, only purpose of the organization is to increase profit. That is why we choose women employee because she has experience or knowledge in this field. She can bitterly handle than the old employee who is only 27 year old. It is ethically good decision according to organization situation.
