Coca-Cola Company is the major maker, trader and advertiser for non-mixed refreshment gathers and syrups. Coca-Cola Company was created in May 1886; it is beverage-making industry. Competitors of coca cola are Pepsi, dr. pepper.

The Coca-Cola framework sold 27.7 billion 28.2 billion and 28.6 billion, unit of items in 2012, 2013 and 2014. The Company killed its unit case volume identified with changes in its structure from base year while computing volume growth rates for 2014 as compared to 2013. Coca-Cola Beverages represented 46%, 47% and 48 %t for its each unit case volumes for the years 2014, 2013 and 2012. The profitability of the beverages industry was continuously rising due to the appreciation from around the world.  The estimated profitability of the soda industry in comparison with the global markets is supposedly 26.1% on annual basis. The share of the Coca Cola company KO is also increasing as compared with its market competitors. The company has been ahead from its competitors in terms of 21.09% of share in eth soda market. Eth CSD share of the company is also rising and in year 2010 it was 17.6% from the total market share. Coca Cola company topped the US market share in the year 2010 in comparison with other players of the market.

The PepsiCo, Inc., dr pepper and Coca Cola Company KO are termed to be the major dominant players in the carbonated beverage industry. All of the companies have strong financial positions in the market as they generate more than $ 1 Billion Dollar in their revenues. The companies or behemoths have extensive market presence in more than 200 countries. In terms of valuation, all companies are trading at similar Price earnings ratios and PE multiples. In 2013, PepsiCo revenues have increased by 1.4% whereas the revenues of Coca Cola Company has faced decline by 2.45%. In 2013, revenues of Pepsi co were 66415 while in 2014 these were 66683 USD.(financials.morningstar.com, 2015). In 2013 net sales of dr., pepper was 5997 while in 2014 this sale was increased and reached 6121. The sale of dr. pepper beverages is continuously increasing from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, their sales revenues were 6B while 2014 the revenues were 6.12 B. this shows that Dr. pepper also continuously growing like Coca cola and Pepsi and have strand band reputation. Beverages and snacks are complementary food products, which helps PepsiCo to earn more revenues where it has attained $ 66.4 billion in 2013 only. In the beverage industry these are the strong competitors and it is not easy to compete nay one. The revenues of these companies are continuously increasing towards from 2010 and are earning the great profit. (Statista.com, 2014)
