Group decision-making tools or techniques are specific time bound and situation centered ways to cope up with the challenges of decision-making within the group. The basic techniques for improving the decision-making within the groups show some more knowledge about the dynamics of groups according to decision-making paradigm. The basic rule to form groups with regard to decision-making process is to discuss important issues and such issues leads to some pragmatic strategies to overcome problems discussed in this way. Group decision-making process could be enhanced by the transformed the thinking paradigm towards blessings to groups rather than bad aspects regarding the group’s dynamics (Yates & Wright, 2013).

Groups are aggregate of individuals and every individual has its own point of view about the problem both positively and negatively. Such kind of amalgamation of positive and negative thinking paradigm provides the real essence for forming the group.
