Introduction:

The three places were used first time in history from where three different individuals used different locations and communication happened successfully before the origin of NASA. After the concept of telecommunication, the whole procedure was completed under the given circumstances and throughstrict rules and regulations. The challenger that was the first launch by NASA was administered under the supervision of strict regulation. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the brand of United States, was created in 1958. As this was the response of aggression, the current development this brand is going through were not forecasted.

Question No 1: Conditions of external environment

The NASA launch was itself as a response to aggression assmall chunks of angry behavior ofthe two poles of that world. This was the main consideration that was behind the launch by the NASA and the reaction was quite notable at that time. Military and culture dominance at NASA assured that the objective. The external conditionsbehindincorporation of NASA were not the same as it is currently endorsed by the government. They provided billions of dollars as grantsfor NASA in hope of beating their inherent enemy in the field of space sciences. Exploring of the space was not easy. However, the problems and endorsements from different departments in the society helped to overcome the challenges that the government confronted at that time.

The Apollo mission to reach the moon was the milestone, which was achieved by the NASA. The Apollo was generously welcomed by the American society. As a result, the society showed the complete faithin the United States government. The second objective,of implicitly beating the enemy in the sky war, was also accomplished.Streamlined with this accomplishment the objective to achieve victory without another major war was also accomplished and now development became the primary priority. The environment is filled with the ability to do the required work for the activities needed. The mission of this race was also to get the support of US Air force,as the force of the American society also wanted the enemy down in science and technology and this was accomplished after space stations idea launch by the authorities. The launch of the space transportation system (STS) happened when the same mindset was shifting towards the space. The timely effort by the authorities of that time realized that this mission is now possible.

Question No 2: Roger Boisjoly

RogerBoisjoly was an American mechanical engineer who worked with Morton Thiokol and contributed tomajor research through the paradigm shift in space technology, which was observed then by the contemporary engineers. The issue, which came under the decision-making among the groups presented, was their effectiveness. The whole research was done by the Roger Boisjoly himself. Roger Boisjoly was onduty,as the work at that time needed some critical decision making. The issues and the decision-making was totally flawed as per prediction of Roger Boisjoly before the launch.

Roger Boisjoly predicted that the previous launch was successful because the launch happened at an optimum temperature of 53 degrees. The temperature was exact, was neither a degree above nor a degree below. Roger Boisjoly said that the chart that was presented here is not showing the same reading of temperature at the time of launch, the reading was extremely low, and according to the prediction, the charts showed that the launch was going to take place at 29 degrees. This was extremely low temperature was going to create a problem during the launch and the situation would be out of control.

The same argument was repeatedly pursued by the Roger Boisjoly without the supporting evidence necessary enough to motivate the Larry Malloy
