Sometimes, it happens that a candidate sometimes represent himself with great potential and by his confidence, and strong body language, we prefer to hire him even though his experience does not match to our requirements. Further she explained that such potential employers would be an asset for the organization, thus after recognizing their talent, we plan some training or internship program for them to strengthen their skills, and to familiar them with the business or working nature of the company. However, she explained that usually students have to face great challenges when they start their job after completing their education, in this aspect we suggest to the sturdents to for through an internship related to their studies as it has been proved that best way of personal development to take a better start of your professional career. The Vice president of Barclays Capital, Joseph Casetelli said that the new era of technology has been changing the human resource practices, and everyday new technologies are developing, therefore, the fresh graduate usually have more knowledge about the advance technology, therefore, sometime for the jobs related to the new technologies such as social media marketing etc we do not hesitate to hire fresh or young employees as they are more energetic, more enthusiast with upgrade knowledge and most of all there are inexpensive thus instead of investing on the old employees, we find it a better approach to hire new fresh employees. Tom FatzyntzKackensack Sales Leader at State Farm Insurance stated that some new employees have immense potential and talent that they can do their work better than the senior ones such as he gave an example of a person who reached to a position within 4 years which other usually achieved in 15 years. Prolonging this discussion he said that normally we felt that the new employees are usually seem nervous in the starting days of their job, but he said that they should dare themselves from the day one and do not hesitate to practices their learned knowledge and always have to engage with their jobs with attention and confidence. Elana, the manager of Human resource at Wydham Hotel Group talked about the interview skills, that a human resource manager should adopt cultural intelligence and she suggest to adopt this approach usually in multinational companies where the companies have to higher multi-cultural employees belong to different societies, different cultures, have different academic and working experience, therefore the cultural intelligence helps to recognize their characteristics.
