Introduction

Organizations have workforce for achieving their objectives according to planned strategic goals. Human resource management in different organizations is used to maximize the performance of the employees. This is all about managing the people in an organization with planned policies and procedural systems. In other words we can say this management system care for the employees to retain them in an organization for achieving the desired objective. Human resource management may contain different strategies in organization. In this study, we will discuss about the human resource strategy and its impact on organization.

1.1 Important of Strategic Human Resource in Organization

Strategic human resource is planned by the companies to meet the different need of all employees working for them. Employees are the assets of the company and god organization have different plans and ideas to retain and satisfy their employees who is done with effective and strategic human resource management. Purpose is always to improve the productivity because companies hire their employees to have better, improved and efficient production at work place. This is good and important for an organization to maintain and create the good and friendly relations with their employees or worker in order to create the job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is only derived with strategic human resource management, which allows the employees to stay in the organization to produce well than before. Organization plans different strategies to identify the expected and existing problems at work place for their employees to reduce the conflicts and disputes. This is necessary for them to develop a pleasant workplace environment for their employees to have effective, accurate and efficient production. Strategic human resource will care for the employees with providing those rewards and remunerations. All these strategic plans and procedure regarding Human Resource help the company to attain the planned goals. (Wisegeek.com, 2015)

Strategic human resource management is beneficial for an organization with many purposes. Strategic human resource management has direct relation with the employees in the company. Main purpose is to provide the actual and workable plan to the organization to have active and workable approaches for the people for a long time in an organization
