In the article of influencing change and overcoming barriers, it describes that change or innovation in any thing is a good step. However, bring change in any thing is not easy, for this organization have to make proper strategies and planning. During the implementation of creative and innovative idea, management has faced many problems. Many hurdles and barriers exist in way of achieving goals. Right strategies and proper communication channel play important role for overcoming these barriers (CHASAN, 2014).

(3) Influencing is the ability which is essential for all levels of leaders. Change in an organization plays an important role for their success. Change means creativity in the products and in the strategies of that organization. Creativity and innovation is a big way to compete competitors. Influencing change is more art than the science. It is also essential for companies to exist in the market because with time people demands are increasing they want different and unique products.  Therefore, it is essential for companies to adopt the habit of creativity. Without change, it is difficult for organization to survive in the markets.  For to survive in the markets we have to redesign organizational models, continuing reconstruction, learning processes and employees training is essential with the passage of time for an organization to survive in the market. In this way, productivity of organization increases and organization can easily achieve the goal. In addition, the ratio of market shares increases (Root, 2013).

(3.1) Organization has to bring different and innovative ideas for to achieve their goals. For this, it is also necessary that management of organization have to discuss their planning and strategies with their stakeholders. Moreover, have to clear that what they are doing and what they want to do in next, and what are their goals. It is the responsibility of organizational management to discuss each issue of organization with their stakeholders. In addition, have to take their views about their ideas and planning. It is also organization responsibly for to clear the benefits of the changing they want in the organization and hurdles they have to face for to achieve their goals. Innovation is essential for any organization to compete their competitors. Therefore, it is necessary for organization to update their system and use latest technology with the time (Eliasson, 2014)
