Motivation and leadership are two main pillars of an organization. There are two type organizations if we talk about the nature of business. There two organizations are local and international companies.  Motivation and leadership exist in local and international companies with some difference. This study relates to the international motivation and leadership business which may contain all the aspects of organizations. Our emphasis will be on three countries such as United States of America, Saudi Arabia and China these countries have big economies and contain huge organizational processes (Amar, 2004).

These three countries have different motivational and leadership processes. Problem occurs when any organization from any of these countries expand itself in other countries where people have different and unique culture. In this study we will discuss the problems and reactions regarding these countries in the light of international motivational and leadership differences. We will learn from this study about the similarities and difference among these three countries and finally derive the key measures for success for different managers of different organizations (Ankli & Palliam, 2012)
