Its mission was to make quality education priority for its students. It focused on providing excellent business programs for undergraduate students that prepared them for their successful career.  Its mission reflects organizational process of providing high quality education in low cost. One important element in mission statement was excellent education and second important element was undergraduate program. These both elements help to determine standards and rules at organizational level for achieving that mission. Vision statement focused on obtaining excellent business leaders. This vision reflects their long-term planning for building professionals and business leaders. This is important for every business because it identifies strategy of what and how to achieve in order to remain successful in coming years. It provides pathway to every organization that how they can achieve their desired goal. Without clear strategy, no organization can be successful. Its value statement is focused on excellence.

How important is its continuous improvement philosophy in achieving its mission and vision?

It is important for measuring success of its mission. MCB is ranked on top level as per grades of its students in test and achieving good jobs. It is ranked, as per providing excellent undergraduate programs, on top number. It is also obliged to AACSB. Its performance drivers were performance evaluation at organizational level in setting goals. It achieved success in continuous way. This improvement is important in identifying success of its internal strategies and goals that enable it in achieving those strategies.  MBNQA program that was used for evaluating performance help it to redesign its existing management system. It focused on evaluating its performance at the beginning of program. It helped it in minimizing its mistakes. It focused on valuable strategies for improving its past performance.

One of its best business practices is based on choosing one factor for improving quality of business programs. It developed two strategies for achieving continues success. It focused on design and management of program. Designing of program was achieved through professional dept, high touch and wide tech. Programs were managed by careful review and controlling management. It redefined its accountability.
