Amazon.com is the electronic commerce company with the headquarters of Washington and Seattle. Amazon is the largest internet based retailer in the United State. In the United state Amazon have the separate retail websites in the United Kingdom, United states, France, Germany, Canada Italy and many of the other countries. For some of the products Amazon is offering the international shipping for some of the certain countries.  Amazons contact centers are working for achieving the central goal that is the delivering the best possible support experience to the customers. Amazons first priority is their customers that are the reason that Amazon solves the customers’ problem for the first time so that the customers have the effortless experience every time (Baldacci, 2013).

 Amazon main focus is to raise and improve the bar in the support experience of future. For increasing the satisfaction of the customers they give the training to the employees that do not just listen to the customers, it also necessary to understand them.  Without understanding the customers it’s not easy for Amazon to attract the more customers. After knowing the customers,  it become easy for Amazon that what are the needs and wants of customers. They said that they are the customer obsessed not the competitor obsessed.  They take start from the needs of the customers that what are their needs and we work backwards. For making the company more resilient they are increasing the focus to the customers. And customers are the real assets of the company; therefore companies try to satisfy their customers. Amazon team of the customer services continuous aim is to improve the satisfaction level of the customers and continuously hit the response time goal of the customer never settle for 99% , they shoot for 100 percent. They are very cooperative with the customers and give the respect to the customers that is the reason that customers of Amazon are fully satisfied with their performance (Ferrante, 2011).
