Leadership is concept that describes the direction and guidelines to the management that how specific goals are achieved through the leadership. There is difference between leadership and management leadership describes the strategic objectives and vision for the company while the management describes the schedules and planning that how that vision is achieved. The leadership theory states that the leaders must be adaptable to situation, active and responsive to external environment, achievement oriented, cooperative, dominating, self confident, stress tolerant and the consideration of responsibilities. A leader should be able to attain goal oriented, persuasive, well organized and socially developed. (Michael A, 2010)

Analysis of leadership:

In analysis the leadership that must be recognizable to describe the opportunity in t6he environment. In development of own leadership analysis I encourages and stimulates the participation of all of the employees involved in the decision making process. The involvement of employees must be recognized that includes the decisions of all employees as well. In my organization every employees has given action broad and gives power to participate in the decision-making. This will enhances the commitment and loyalty by the employees willing to give their best to the organization in achieving its goals (Bradley, 2015).

When empowerment is given to the employees, they actively understand that what involvement they are making to the overall picture, they are likely to demonstrate high standards of performance and quality output. This is called leadership of empowerment. By giving empowerment to the employees that enhances joint decision-making, (MBO) management by objectives, organizational behavior with its adaptation, we can realize and appreciate free flow of information, facilitating the innovation an invention in the organization. (Michael A, 2010)
