  1. Three Changes by the Group

A: The first change that I envision in the group in this eight month is effective division of work between different individual. Group is more effective and efficient than before.

B: Second change that I feel is the creativity in the group members. Group now often has different ideas and believes to make the final decision better than the eight months before       

C: The third thing is motivation and encouragement in the group members as they are intended to work more hard and efficient for the success of all stakeholders as a unit.

  1. Recommendation for Future

A: First recommendation for group in future is to emphasize the important for teamwork. Making the team is better in many tasks in groups to make the work more efficient

B: I would like to suggest the group to make their goals clear and precise for all the group members to avoid the confusion and frustrations while doing complex work.
C: Third thing, which a group must, has to consider is to conduct regular meetings regarding the tasks and make a report to make the work more accurate and updated.

  1. My Vision for Group

My vision is that people everywhere will share the power of ability and skills. I need to share this vision to the group regularly because group is simply based on abilities and skills of different individual. Regular basis means to keep the training processes up for the people to sustain this source of power. I am very weak in talking about the vision with the group and I am working on it to convince them. I am not very good to tell them that this vision is going to a reason for their success.

A: I really appreciate your initiative for this group success. Your commitment is purposeful to have immense creativity in the group and it is very important to consider you commitment which are based on modern world

B: We are looking forward to use your interest and interactions to do the complex tasks in the future. I am with your commitment to improvise the group activities according to the time

C: This is good to see your immense interest in the group activities. Let us lead the group towards the success under the light of your interest and commitments.

I believe that purpose of the group is to collaborate with each other with different ideas and other contributions to have the great impact on the society and all stakeholders. I have shared this statement with all group members. They do not understand what I told them initially but later on, it was wonderful to have the impact.

Initially they do not agree with the statement of my purpose of group as they think that success is only for the company and members not for society. I will communicate my commitment to the group with the past example presentation for their better understandings. I think I need to work on my passion as it remains the low regarding the purpose and meanings of what we are doing in the group.

I spend few minutes and according to them, this is important to have divided work done on time, which should be on daily basis. They believe in creativity and power of ability and skills. I have learnt after listening to them about the execution of ability and skills with great improvisation.

They want to see the group as a role model for other and source of success for their organization.  Yes, the vision that I shared was on regular basis because they use to conduct the training sessions to enhance the ability and skills of the members.
