Leadership skills

The successful leading capacity comprises in the various important skills and abilities of a person. The skills or the abilities are continuously looking after by the leaders or the management team. In this way, the individual management would result in enthusiasm, persuasion and respect building for the employees or workers and most of all for the leaders.  The leadership skill is always present at the corporate and domestic hemispheres. Such scenarios could be linked by the leaders in all respects at home or at offices. In this world, the leaders are those individuals who have the validity and the proper skills to tail their subordinates.

Test 1: Skill Inventories

The skills inventories are made to estimate the three major types of the skills in leaders, which are human, conceptual and technical skills. The technical skills are relevant with the professional life of a person and the tests have shown a direct relationship of education, training and the relevant technical abilities. The technical skills scored were 16, which show that the technical things are termed as more fascinating.

 The person would love to work on the technical grounds. As for the leaders, such skills are very much needed due to their affectivity in the professional life of a person. The second was the human skills needed by a leader in an organization that means that I prefer to hear the inputs from my team members and value their inputs as well.

The human skill factor is rated at 17, which is pretty much higher than the technical skills stating the strength in my personality to hear the voices of my subordinates. This element would create more confidence and trust of them on my abilities and me. The subordinates would feel privileged when their voices are heard by me, so it is the strength of my leadership qualities.  

The third test which was about the conceptual skills that I had. The tests revealed that I scored 18 points in this leadership skill. This type of skill would allow the leader to make a clear visualization of the entire work and organization along with the relationships and ideas amongst the different concepts or thoughts. This is also my strength as it is scored highest on my skill inventories scale.

Test 2: Style Inventory

There are two main behaviors which the leaders posses in terms of relationships with the other colleagues and the tasks they have been assigned by the organizations. The scores of eth style inventories described the support to other colleagues in terms of their duties and making them realize about the organizations expectations from them.

This type of test explains the leader tendencies in assigning the relevant tasks to the others under his or her supervision. The results showed that I might have a moderate score of 34 points, which says that low range or power of skill inventory in terms of making relationships with the comates and assigning works or tasks to them. The score explains the measurement of the level of leadership skills in making the subordinates or colleagues easy to work with myself.
