Motivation influences the people to their goal that they have in t their life or towards the goal of the organization. It influences people to do work hard if they want to do something in life. Leadership is the trait that helps to motivate people. Both manager and an employee must possess the motivational or the leadership traits. Effective leader must have the information about the factors of the motivation for others. Good leader always understand employees peers, their basic needs and his superiors. Organizations use leadership as a mean of motivating others. People as a leader have the important perspective on human nature that helps them to take the decisions. Leadership is goes beyond the management.

 Management involves using the formal patterns and rules regulation and uses the resources of the organization to run an organization successfully. Leaders have the power to take the imitative steps for changes in the organization. For the motivation of employees or other people of the organization power of the leader play the important role. Motivation and leadership both is the core principles that explain that leaders must have the clear vision, strong ethics, and authentic communication and motivated for promoting the positive energy in the organization. Motivation and leadership both are the synonymous of each other. For achieving the goal of the organizations, it is necessary that the leader of that organization be motivated, because motivation is the important factor that helps the organization to increase their productivity or the profitability of the organization. For example, some of the organizations offer the different training programs for the motivation of their employees, while some of the leaders of the leaders of the organizations give the rewards to their employees on the bases of their performance. This thing plays the important role for the motivation, because when employees of the organization will be motivated then they do work with more interest or attention so that they can get the rewards. In this way, production of the organization will increase that play the positive impact on their profitability. This shows that there is the positive relationship between leadership and motivation. For the motivation of the employees good leader try to provide the comfortable environment to their employees so that they feel comfortable during their working in the workplace. In the same way, if employees will not be motivated then they show no interest in their work then it become difficult for them to pay attention to their work.

 In the success of any of the organization leaders play the important role, leaders have all the responsibility of the organization for the success of the organization leaders make some of the different or the innovative strategies so that customers get attraction towards them. Leaders naturally have the characteristic of motivation, because they already born with the characteristics like hero, they have no need to learn from others. For the success of the organization, leaders influence the employees of the organization in the different ways. That is the reason that for motivating other people of the organization leaders give bonuses or rewards according to their performances so that they feel satisfies. (Stephanie, 2009)
