The cultural diversity is tackled at Government policy basis.  Before Government change, there was narrow preoccupation along with productive benefits regarding ethnic diversity at workplace.  The Government policy has generated idea of the benefits are related to utilization of talents of workplace members.  The anti-discrimination law have ensure about equality opportunities which limited laws which has direct implications for minor employees.  The racial discrimination act in 1975 is also created.  Furthermore, Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (SDA) also urge management to manage workforce diversity in organization at different places.

 The managers need to be sensitive to the workplace nuances, which effect working relations.  The training is provided to the employees from the different states that are having communication and language problems.  Conflicts in employees occur when employees argue on their own perspective as compared to focusing on company demands and deals.  Specific legislation is designed to deal with discriminatory practices on grounds of race in workplace environment.  The past organizations culture studies follow interpretative and ethnographic traditions for definition of organizational sagas, codes, symbols and myths.  Furthermore, strategy of human resource enables effective management.

 The diversity should be managed through the effective workplace arrangements. Flexibility and diversity lead to different result.  Flexible work pattern focus on availability of employees, which keep the employees, relaxed.

There are different things, which urge management to maintain and manage culture diversity in workplace. The most important aspect is maintained laughter or humor at the workplace environment.  In past some bosses or higher management enhance that they are allergic to humor or bristling at workplace environment.  However, according to research of University of Missouri-Columbia college business,  the joking around  job depict positive effect on retention of employees and productivity of company. According to research, use of humor increase ability to produce in individual as this is associated with intelligence and creativity.

 Another thing is ethics through which the management can manage diversity at workplace. Therefore, the ethics must be global as compared to be local.  It is famous phrase that “do in Rome as the Roman do”.  Following local practices entirely is not good at all. Application of situational ethics can destroy a global organization.  The bottom line is good ethics create good business.  There is direct relation between transparency and integrity in internal relations of management with employees.

There is need to develop a comprehensive framework which retain diverse employees and anchored in a culture of inclusion.  The leaders must focus and expose to training and developments for enhancement of understanding and difference values, which allow examining tenets related to ethnicity and race as this shape perspectives of diverse groups.  The diverse project participation brings opportunities and urges to interact with lead diverse group to operate in diverse culture.
