Research methodology is fundamentally important to get to the results against the variables used in the research process and as the ongoing research states that investigates the relationship between attitudes of employees with the job satisfaction leading to high organizational performance then first the literature review on the topic has been provided which establishes link between the topics. It is found that the topic addressed in this paper is associated with the prior research studies on the same topic. Overall the research methodology is the way to get the results of research and primary research always makes it possible to get authentic and applicable results. However, mixed methods approach is more effective than only primary research or secondary research.

Research Design:

Why we test the hypotheses?

In the paper hypotheses have been constructed which are based on some prior possibilities and tendencies of the research. The researcher constructs hypotheses based on possible outcomes of the research so that the research process can be preceded. As in this research two hypotheses have been constructed which are about the positive relationship between positive attitudes of employees and job satisfaction and the second hypothesis states that there is positive relationship between motivation factors and job satisfaction. The research is based on these hypotheses at the time of their construction and the methodology will be applied on these hypotheses to know whether they are strong, moderately strong, or there is no relationship between the variables. Thus, hypothesis makes it possible to start the process of research to get to the results in out of the study(Frost, 2015).
