The tests have confirmed that I had a conducive or positive behavior and attitude in respect of change in an organization or at my personal individual levels. At the beginning of the semester, I was not able to adopt the element of change in any aspect due to the unfamiliarity’s with the positive effects of the change on a person or his career. This would help him in his future professional life or career.

The organizational behavior is very crucial factor for any organization because it tends to mould or de mould the behaviors of the employees or workers in that particular company or organization. The organizational behavior is termed as the study of human behaviors particularly in specific responsibilities. There are sub divines in the organization regarding or related with the concepts of the organizational behaviors, which are termed out to be as macro, micro levels and the work groups.

The field of Organizational behavior is very vast and deep which relates the performances or task completion of the employees in an organization. The organizations always have some expectations from a particular employee in terms of the work related or job related responsibilities. The relevant behavior of the employee explains the real work performances, which added to the growth of the company or organization.

The most important theory in organizational behavior is the expectancy theory, which is considered as a frame in the estimation of the employees’ behaviors in certain conditions or situations. The personal motivation of the employees determines the outcome or results desirability that could be assessed by the organization. Therefore, if the organization brought change in its processes or practices, the relevant behavior under this study would be to act in accordance with the expectations of the organization.

There is another imminent element of OB, which is adopted by the organizations i.e. leadership or provision of authoritative powers to some of the finest individuals to govern the behaviors of the others inside the organization. The leadership plays an important role in bringing the fruitful effects fop change and the relevant behaviors for change in an organization.   In order to bring the change and mould the behaviors of the employees to adopt change in the management or in the processes, leadership has the responsibility to develop such behaviors in the employees.

As from the score sheet, the results have shown the exact picture of the personal qualities of me in terms of change in the organization and the relevant behaviors in response to that change. The change management in the organization is often termed out as very important and crucial one.

The one major change or potential aspect, which I wished to change, would be the continuous motivational element for performing well or up to the standards of the organization. The continuous efforts are always been placed by me in my studies and these would be very necessary for my future professional life. The resistance could be faced in terms of low morale due to the low performance but it could be overcome by means of improvements in my behaviors or attitudes towards the responsibilities or tasks.
