The article describes the major consideration in the buyer and seller when making offering both the parties.  It is must consider that the seller not involved in the oral negotiations and offers that it creates counter offer negotiations. For example, if the house is listed for sale that buyer reduced the prices of house to negotiate. The any response towards the buyer crates problems.  The verbal offering never deal by any agent because it does not recognized any authenticate source of information even if the buyer  have the obligation of buying goods. In purchase offering if the offer is accepted that makes counter-offer, the buyer can withdraw their offer at any time.   If any changes has done in the existing contract must be communicated to all parties involved in the agreement. Even if minor changes are executed then it can also get the approval. In the case of real estate, it might possible that the offers are low for houses but it limits the mortgage ability qualification.  The important consideration regarding the real home experience is negotiations do not take it personally and negotiations not fallen in grudge match. The motivation and information of real estate must be pursued to buyer purchasing at fair market value.
