My observation and reflection from the analysis of Hobby Lobby is that companies are now investing more in the human capital as this is the more valuable department of the organization. This keeps the employee with the company. Increase their skills and up to date with new technologies and processes. These are necessary to compete in the market. I understood that the individual performance & motivation is very necessary to achieve the strategic goals of organization. Therefore, the employees should be encouraged to participate in the development programs and provide new ideas for the growth of the business. With the growing trend of the online or digital marketing, the company has lot of space to increase the opportunities and profit by approaching international markets. Hobby Lobby has opportunities to approach the new markets. The online feedback and test marketing help to survey the market and analyze the success factors for the organization. Qualified workforce is vital to perform efficiently in achieving the organization goals. The training of employees, salaries rewards, annual bonuses, gifts for best idea generation and performance based rewards will also useful for the company.
