Abstract:

The study of leadership traits in a person or on individual levels is considered the driving force for this project. The research aims to develop a viewpoint that the personality traits of an individual are dependent on his professional or personal behaviours. There are certain things that must be kept in mind while leading a group of people in an organization or in society. The research was considered qualitative therefore, the personal traits of a person are judged in this project. The data analysis tools, which would be used in this specific research project, would be the questionnaires or survey forms filled by the respondents who are actually the subordinates or colleagues. The research question addressed in this project was “what are the effects of personal behaviours or attitudes towards the leadership abilities of a person?”

Administration is the capacity of one to guide others; it is taking into account of one’s capacities and qualities as opposed to their aptitudes. The leader of an organization has different responsibilities and skills as compared with the manager of the firm, while he is conceived with the qualities a trough is made from his securing abilities. A person is conceived with inborn qualities and it helps others in driving their qualities for instance the mettle, trustworthiness, determination and shrewdness among others.(Katz, 2014)

 The pioneer is seen as a man in control who is counselled for distinct capacities in a way to settle on choices and aide the course of occasions. The pioneer can turn into a trough while a trough is not so much a pioneer. This may appear ridiculous in taking a gander at authority from a basic perspective one has the capacity to comprehend the colossal obligation on his shoulders.
