A new concept in business environment is about pop-up store. Many names are satisfactory for such store like temporary retail, flash retailing or pop-up shop. This is paradigm shift in retail business and retailing is further against this approach. Retail world is about to kick this approach because of dynamic demands of consumers. It has historical roots as well and not a complete new approach for example, it is about traditional; brick-and-mortar model of retailing. Such retailing exists in mostly in large urban cities such as Tokyo, London, Los Angeles or other places like New York City.  These stores are not specific to any one thing. The best thing about it is that pop-up stores are selling anything according to customer’s demands. Mostly pop-up stores are centralized in selling creative works like fashion or art of something. It is creative and attractive as well. For example, short-term stores are centralized in providing engaging products that tends customers to visit repeatedly in search of something new. Short-term stores are creative and customer rush is natural because such stores are exactly work from 1 day to 3 months only. Term is about instilling creativity in large aspect. This is way pop-up stores getting influx of customers. Customer products means there is proper need assessment study behind every pop-up store to get notice demands of customers. The location is also necessary in their establishment. These stores are profitable in those locations where traffic is too high for example in city centers and malls. The price is much lower because there are sufficient customers and pop-up stores always believe to get all customers effectively without losing at profit fronts. The selling of products at events is also high and believes to provide new products on those events. Some pop-ups stores can get involve in serious threat against land usage regulations.

            Pop up stores are essential for customers in number of ways. They provide convenient locations for purchasing goods and services. People are in position to purchase the items in less time along with convenience. It is worth noting that these stores sell all essential commodities, which are required by the customer and in day-to-day life. They are good effort to manage the inventory levels. Stores keep all necessary items and place them to customers at the time of need. When inventory is short in the stores, people look for other options they switch the retailers. Therefore, it is important to establish these stores in ample amount. People are also happy to purchase items without any complaint of shortage. Capacity level is fully maintained by these stores in terms of inventory management. Companies are in position to maintain their inventory levels. They have no issue regarding inventory shortages. Despite its benefits, they do have drawbacks. Excessive amount of pop up stores lead towards inventory management cost. Operational cost is also high. This increases burden on revenue levels. Companies have to maintain excessive burden on marginal cost. This is regarded as excessive burden on the management. Therefore, pop up stores have both pros and cons.  If stores does not perform, there is need to analyze what is the logic behind it is under performance.
