Yellow hat acts beyond the boundaries of black hat that provides identifications of the reasons of the problems pertaining to the ethical management. Yellow hat instead, provide implications for dealing with ethical management in the organization.  Yellow concerned with demonstration of brightness and optimism in thinking process to generate affective solutions and ideas. That is why it is important to arrange for moral awareness regarding ethical management. For that purpose, people should be informed about copyright laws moral wrong doings in their day-to-day actions being carried out in their professions. Under yellow hat thinking process, thinker explores positive notions for value and benefits associated with moral awareness with ethical management.
