This is necessary to observe needs in different offices in different organizations. Being a part of Human Resource Management in an organization, this is good to create health and flexible environment in officer to sustain and increase work efficiency. This is also very important to improve paper work flow in office to evade frustration. Manage space in office is vital in this regard, as redesigning of office space will help staff to work and communicate with each other better. Office staff and different clients can observe the performance and flexibility in office, which will help us to react and redesign office. (Brewster, 2012)

Apart of this, requirements of office change time to time, which are to observe by human resource department and us. Three observation tasks that we can observe are working hours, space physical space among staff members and size of tables and chairs. These observations are to help us to redesign the office in a good and effective manner. In addition, client, staff and human resource management are the most prominent respondents regarding this scenario. Integration of human resource with different departments and offices has brought new furniture and redefined space. (Sanders, Cogin, & Bainbridge, 2013)

Question 7

First observation that this company has used to redesign the original kindle is competitor’s product. This is a fact that they redesign original kindle to make it effective and productive for customers, and without observations it would not possible. Apart of this, Oprah factor was also a strong observation. Efficiency was the most important observation for this company, as they found some physical problems. This was not effective as compare to its competitor Sony, and had impaired image regarding button placement and page turning speed. User efficiency in using was not good, and they observe the requirements and comfort zone of user when using kindle. (Sanders, Cogin, & Bainbridge, 2013)

Question 8

Different people love to conduct shopping in different times. This depends on people that how they management their time and come to pass this stores. I decided to collect information regarding time management of people, and observe accordingly. Different operational definitions regarding marketing and advertising were must to consider, as stores and companies often attract people through attractive billboards and outlets. Plan is to stop shoppers, and ask different question regarding their buying behaviors, loyalty and satisfaction level. This observation is the main base of passing store, and will be beneficial. Sampling will be simple for me for this shopper traffic, as I will divide shoppers in different segments and select the average numbers of 30 people.  (Sanders, Cogin, & Bainbridge, 2013)
