Step 4 establishing goals and objectives

Personal goals and objectives play an important role for success of a person. I learnt the importance of setting personal goals and objectives for the development and growth of a person.  It is equally important to carefully plan and set the goals and objectives.  Establishing goals gives me short-term motivation and long-term vision. It focuses me and helps me to take the right direction to achieve my ambition. I feel myself organize in my time and resources.  This is a big step in to write down the goals and objective for you.  In addition to this, I also learnt some of the key points in order to determine the process of goal-settings. These are as follows:

  1. Establish prerequisite as confidentiality
  2. Establish trust and relationship
  3. Involves the guidance from mentor
  4. Articulates each objectives and goals
  5. The goals should be SMART

A standout amongst the most essential and most overlooked strides to viable objective setting is to record it. On the off chance that you may not record, objectives, you will not recall that it. Composing your objectives and looking into them. Every day will give your brain sub-cognizant signals that what your composition is imperative, and will assist you with succeeding. From the learning, I come to know that setting goals is a kind of inside motivation. Moreover, the goals and objectives can easy to achieve if sub-divided into smaller goals. Therefore, it is essential to establish and creates own goals and objectives.

Step 5 formulating action and response strategies

The next step after setting goals is to establish strategies for the action and response on the goals. Like the above steps, this is also an important step for personal development. Strategies and course of action always formulates according to the nature of the goals and objectives sets. Therefore, the goals must be realistic. The purpose of strategies formulation is to achieve the success according to the goals. Like the goals I set, I prefer to guide and train by a mentor in phase of action and response strategies. The process of action formulation must take in sequence and deliberate. I observe that our tendency too often is to skip solutions, seeking or leaping over analysis and research. This attitude creates problems in achievement of personal and organizational goals. Long-term is mandatory for public relations.

Proactive strategies enable a persona to launch a general program under some specific conditions and timeline. This also includes the communication and action. This step focuses of decisions about action strategies in establishing the objectives. Normally, there are two kinds of strategies, one is Proactive and the second is Reactive.  Reactive strategies measures reacting to impacts and opportunities shape an organization's situation. It incorporates preemptive activity, offense and protective reactions, redirection, empathizing, correcting conduct and vital inaction. In public relations, action strategies are tangible contracts undertaken by individual and the organization. This includes:
