Regional analysis:

            China is the world largest economy with huge population. It is also considered as largest energy consumer. China has involved in various free trade agreements, which come to affective at regional levels well.  These regional agreements include 19 free trade agreements. Out of these agreements, 14 have been signed (fta.mofcom.gov.cn, 2013). These regional level agreements assist to domestics and international trade in various industries. These agreements are also signed at regional levels. Moreover, another important factor of regional markets is skilled labor force. Skilled labor force is available in both local and regional markets. Foreign investors can easily hire skilled labor force from Chinese regional markets to fulfill their labor demands. China exclusively focuses on its regional markets to make them more competitive to compete the foreign markets. 

Country analysis:

            China climate is moderate and its territory is large. Its population is 1.357 billion and its GDP is 6,807.43 USD. Its population is accounted for 1,376,049,000. China has large number of waterways, which supply water facilities to all of its population. These factors can be exploited for the success of the business. Large population provides favorable circumstances for trade and business activities. Beijing is a city of international economic activities. Large number of business transactions takes place. It is a good choice for making investment in business. It has large stock exchange, which deals in capital of large number of firms located in national and international borders. Reason behind choosing China as a business country is its emerging economy. China is the largest emerging economy in Asia.

            It has large population, which indicates that it has huge consumption for goods and services. Such characteristics are considered for any business to be initiated in the country. Reason behind is to strengthen the local Chinese markets. Local Chinese markets are considered as important source of revenue for Chia. Therefore, such policies are considered beneficial for the investors who are willing to make investment in China. China makes investment in energy sector more than any central Asian country across the globe.

            China is a huge market in energy sector. Large number of organizations makes investment in china market. Therefore, this sector is favorable for making investment. Authorities and governments also arrange to promote this sector for investments. Therefore, if investors are interested in this sector it could be worth investing. Literacy rate in China is good. China even imports its labors to other country such as Canada. There are some countries, which are rich in natural resources such as Canada. China competitive advantage is its labor capital. Hence, it is better for China to import to its labor to international borders.

            All above-mentioned demographics are quiet favorable for making investment in China. Beijing and Chinghai are also better cities for making investment. Trade volume is also high in these cities and economic activities are flourishing constantly.
