Organic Beauty website and application will offer a detailed and clear guideline for users. It provides a more convenient way to shop online and increase customers’ satisfaction.

Competitive positioning map:

In competitive positioning map that allocates the competitors positioning in the marketplace. These competitors include juice beauty, Lush, Sephora, and amazaon. The main determinants in positioning map includes trends opportunities, distance shopping experience, leverage internet and customer gain great benefits. Juice beauty are all organic and low product mix but our business includes both high product mix and low product mix and all organic.  This shows that compatibility of organic beauty app would good in market to take initial advantages of best services.
