There are different ways of communication. After reading the chapter I learned that tactics of communication plays important role in organizational success. I learned different means of interpersonal communication. I learned that in interpersonal communication face-to-face interaction is necessary. This step helps to identify that in how many ways an organization can improve it interpersonal communication. I also learned importance of style of commu7nication in conveying message towards audience. I also learned importance of personal involvement from audience as well as from site of organization. I also understand different types of organizational media. Genera publications can be used for organizational media. General publications include user’s kit, progress reports, serial publications, etc. direct mail is another way of organizational media.

 Electronic and social media is also important mean of communication. An organization should also select its promotional and advertising media in effective way. Communication plays important role in success of organization. Organization has to communicate internally with different departments and employees and it has to communicate with external audience. I learned that organization has different variety of media to choose from. It should select mode of communication that best6 suits in organization. Advertising is also a way of communication. It can be in the form of print advertising and electronic media. Promotional items can also be used for advertising. Different strategies can be used for making news media advertisements. Few examples are radio, newspaper, magazines, television etc.

Step 8: Implementing the strategic plan

                 Strategic plan is document that is used to make communication with organization regarding its goals.  It also includes actions of achieving those organizational goals. I learned importance of strategic plan for organization. After reading this step, I also understand steps involve in making this plan effective. Strategic plan is important at every step of organization. It is also important in communication. Budget of communication should be analyzed before its implementation. Strategic plan also includes scheduling of budget. First step is to analyze this plan thoroughly. It should be reviewed by specialist. Issues should be analyzed. Another step is creating vision for this plan. I should be analyzed in creative way. Possible issues in plan should be analyzed.

            After making plan, it should be put together for implementation. A plan book of campaign should be analyzed. I learned that schedule of campaign is also important for implementing any stagy in place. Frequency and timeline falls under this category. Another important thing before implementing strategy is analysis of it budget. Campaign budget includes items of budget, budget management and costing at full cost. It is also important at this level to analyze that how much success is required. I learned that strategic plan should be implemented after analyzing all conditions and possibilities. I learned that strategic plan is important for every organization. Its implementation varies from one organization to another.
