Summary

The bond market of China is not the good performer this current year. There is a strong rival of the Chinese market in the departmental store bonds. The company that disturbs the China is Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. The sales of the china were 49.7% in 2014. This was an increase of 12% from the retail sales of consumer goods. The rise in the e-commerce is the main reason for the China down turn and the growth of the Alibaba Group. Moreover, the ongoing soft economy and anti corruption campaign effects the market of China. There is another reason for the down turn. This is the campaign against the corruption. The anti-Graft also effects the economy of China as moist of the departments offer gifts and coupons to customers to increase the sale. The e-commerce greatly affects all these things. This changing trend also influences the politics of China. The need is to make strategies in order to cop this situation. Alibaba is competing now the market of China by advancing in the business of e-commerce (Tu, 2015).

The ban from U.S. court on Argentina not to pay overseas bondholders is feasible for the local debt issuers because this ban is not applicable on them. On the other hand, the bond of Argentine is governed by the local body and law. In addition, these bonds will mature in the year 2038. These have rallied about 60 cents against dollar. According to statistics, this is the highest levels in 8 years. The reason for dispute stems in 2001 of Argentina’s $95billion default.  This default put lose of 70% directly on the creditors especially, those creditors who received new bonds restructuring in year 2005 & 2010. There is the case about this matter in US. The blocking of payment forces the banks different banks and Citibank to violate Argentine law. The dollar is converted in to pesos in the restructuring for defaulted Argentine-Law. On the other hand, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan stop bids on local debt securities. Some authorities are trying to keep these two banks aside from the matter. Some officials said real problem is bank (Porzecanski & Russo, 2015).

The up growing market in business of bonds is the Indonesia. This is the newest country that is taping the global market. The main reason for the growth of the market is the lowest interest’s rates on the bonds. Therefore, the market of bonds is increase in both at national and international level. The low interest rates at record helps sovereign bonds rally across the globe and international market. Indonesia entered this week in the market by selling the denominated dollar bonds for the years 10 and 30. On the other hand, the sale of the Philippines is $ 2 billion. In the same time, Ireland has sale €4 billion. There is the intense competition in the market. There is the growing trend or growth in the market of the bonds. Indonesia is working very efficiently by penetrating the market with lowest interest rates. This encourages the investors and creditors to take bonds from Indonesia (TRIVEDI, 2015).
