  • Costs and benefits

Cost and benefits means to do analysis of the spending on purchase of a product and compare it with benefits receives from that purchased product. This is a systematic approach to for the strengths and weakness of a project.

  • Opportunities and threats

Opportunities and threats are the external environment analysis. This means to analyze the space available for the product or business in new or existing environments. Threats mean the possible or potential hurdles in the market against the business of the company or product.

  • Advantages and disadvantages over potential competitors

The unique resources are the advantages over potential competitors. However, the disadvantage includes the decrease in the sale and market share. The potential competitors can fail the product in the market.

  • Sales forecast

This is a market survey to estimate the potential sales in market about some specific product or whole company. Most of the companies do analysis from the current market conditions and data from past in order to estimate the revenues or profits in upcoming period.

  • Return on investment potential

This is the expected profit for the investor receiving on some investment in projects or business. This is used to measure the efficiency of a business and relationship of profit with capital invested in business.
