Important Facts:

The implication of Global Positioning Systems is the basic need of all companies and ventures that are directly and indirectly believe in the sustainable business. This is not matter a lot that Emma Richardson is the basic person who used the centralized power to uncover the challenges and issues while launching the system independently.

The best thing to discuss the matter is that the company is a private venture and considered the innovation in providing the technology from one node of society to another node of the society. The demanded pool of customer always endorsed these extra features in the company' mindset with the immediate implementation and intervention.

Key Issues:

The company has the appropriate worth to get the issues and resolve the problems with the way as required. The issues are common in every launch but specific in this launch because the customers have more sense of technology and demanded the big change rather than the few changes in the new way. The big change needs a big launch with the extra ordinary features and the major problem starts with the launch when the GPS with satellite is not being made for the vision as it should get.

The GPS with satellite imagery most importantly BirdsI was not there to forecast the feedback at customer' perspective. The real problem starts when the president of the company decided to launch the project with the same old GPS platform that seems less innovative. Everyone in the company' management was curious about the launch just to retain the image of the company and the innovation in the product is less prioritize specifically after the buzzed time frame for the launch of the project.

Aerial decision to get the project in the 2008 summer holidays was almost unrealistic and the developmental team did not endorse it completely because of time reservations.

Alternative Action:

The decided time was very short in which the product development cannot possible with all features as the company was supposed at that time. The GPS paradigm has been neglected in all discussion because the real problem stars with the decision of short time launch. The alternative course of action for this short time can do with the extension of 6 month period because the launch was compulsory but the most important was the reputation of the company after the launch as development team observed. Project Aerial was unrealistically was given importance but there are also some other exciting projects were available at developmental team.

Evaluate alternative action:

The alternative project as the development team have should be launched because the without the consent of development team there only management is unsatisfactory to evaluate the outcome of project. The time is very important in serving the consumer the new and exciting products specifically in the technical mindset. The easiness in the console is the only way as the consumer think that is beyond the understanding of general management in the technology-centric firm and the company is. The other projects as the development team buzzed during the pre-launch meeting should be accepted and implement with the same way because the company is complete believe in the way as the launch also consider.
