Summary

            World is changed and marketing concepts are changed. This is important to have change in the courses of the marketing in the college and universities. The purpose is to producing the graduate, which are familiar and quite match with the modern market. There is a need of training, development and inclusion of all those techniques that are used by the professionals and modern marketers in the world. Curriculum will be based on the strong communication skills, flexibility and all the learning elements that are the requirement for the marketing course now. This is also an observation that there are some distinctions in the different teaching styles, which are active and passive types. There are three aspects of the learning and teaching which are traditional, participative and experiential. Traditional is passive techniques and rest of the two are active.

            Passive technique includes facts and theatrical principle with few opportunities for students and on the other hand Active techniques includes active roles for the best learning, which is participated. Experiential includes discussion and practices with personal application of material and encouragements. Student perceptions and outcome on this particular study is very well appreciated in this article. With these concepts, students have perceptions and outcome, which are very good for their future and these all things needs to be added in the courses. Different hypothesis are made in this regard and includes the student satisfaction, career, perceptions and marketing concepts. If we talk about statistics then we understand the marketing on top and gain the result according to the statically data with the help of this research. Different tables regarding construct measures, hypotheses testing and sample are good enough for understanding the concept and need for the change in the course of marketing, as it is a need of today time for producing better graduates

Strengths

            This is the strengths of this article that it explains the difference in three concepts of teaching in the course, which is traditional, participative and experiential with having active and passive factor. Research is being successful and this is good to see the result as active method more successful. This article has the real time examples in order to understand the concepts of active and passive way of teachings. This is important for the colleges and universities that they should change in the teaching techniques and courses in order to take steps of producing the best possible graduate with strong understanding of modern marketing. This article considers this initiative as its strengths. This article gained the result through hypotheses and observed the result in a form of effectiveness of active method such as participated and experiential. Gaining result from the hypotheses is a better output, which is derived from this article.
