The strategic recommendations to the organization are to improve performancecharacteristics. The pricing strategy as well as targeting global market is with its wide range of services of best utilization of transportation services has great importance for the business. The company wants to grow quickly.  The major goal of UBER Company is to undercutting the price competition. Therefore, pricing strategyis best realms to endorse high performance for the UBER Company. Towards the pricing strategy, the UBER X fares are lowered by twenty percent in the New York City. The UBER company recognize that they provide cheapest services that the competitors of regular yellow taxi.  (WOHLSEN, 2014)

The reduction is in UBER X fares about twenty-five percent in San Francisco Bay Area. The pay of taxi drivers are still sustaining in the market to derives the corporate value. The standards of eighty percent are paid to taxi drivers with price controlling strategy.  The major considerations are costing structure of the UBER company in which cost of $ 15 imply by the company and  for the passengers cost is just $ 11.25, however the driver of UBER X company still gets paid $ 12.(WOHLSEN, 2014)

The other strategy is targeting globally in Europe. About 50,000 new jobs are created in the cities of Europe to gain high growth for the UBER Company. The establishment of new partnerships with the cities of Europe is that shows corporate value in well mannered. The company should continue to expand rapidly with more than 250 cities worldwide.   The local transportation options are offered with the transformation of professional limousine into informal ride sharing services.  The company gives aggressive reaction to its competitors or rivals. The company is also facing challenges in Belgium, Germany, Spain, France and Netherlands for violating taxi licensing rules. (POLTZ & AUCHARD, 2015)
