Volkswagen is the company who has imposition of diversity and inclusion in the operations to increase the performance of the employees and encourage others to work more concentration. The appreciation and respect of the employees feels empower towards the environment and trends of the culture. Assessing and evaluating continuously the effort of the employees provide the performance towards the directions of the company. The cross section of employees and collectively work is increase the potential of the employees towards their productivity. Superior business performance is gained through the diversity and inclusion that encourage the competitive advantage and institute the more opportunities in the market place. Volkswagen has applied the walk and talk analysis by delivering the values of the employee performance and give rewards towards the employee performances. (Volkswag, 2015)

In general, motors’ they have imposed certain characteristics of the diversity by hiring different peoples from North Africa who have diversifies skills and qualification that produce efficient results.  The implementation of diversity in the general motors’ is recognizing the performance increases and derives the potential values for the employees.  The talented work environment and inclusion implementation enhances the empowerment of the employees that feels certain respect and appreciation towards the work environment. In the general motors’ walk and talk is done though the guideline provided by the supervisors to the workforce to work more concentrated and according to the company guidelines. (Vw.com, 2015)

Employee led-diversity councils institute the efforts in the Volkswagen.  This council imposes the certain training and developments programs that recognize the skills and qualifications according to their specialization in the industry. Different skills with different qualifications with the help of this council recognize that every employee is working towards the guideline provided in the organization.  Volkswagen is successfully implemented the diversity of the workforce to increase the overall productivity in the organization. The dealer networking teams in the organization recognize that every employee is respected to the women and other minorities that gives prospect and increase the moral values of the organization. (Volkswag, 2015)

In general motors’ which is successfully implemented the diversity in the workforce performance. About fifty percent of general motors’ staff are minority dealers which are Hispanic.  Five thousand are the employees are Hispanic owned dealership. The scholarship programs in the united stated recognizes that the general motors’ serves certain amount to the corporate social responsibility. The general motors’ supported and facilitate the professional engineers that are Hispanic for more than twenty years ago. The perception in the market of the general motors’ is much authenticated and customer demanding their high custom made products. The general motors’ have developed the strong positioning in the minds of the customer and marketplace (Gm.com, 2015).

Volkswagen has implemented strong collaboration with their supply chain partners. The logistics department of the company recognizes the efficiency in overall performance of the supply chain process. The supplier selection process and other parameters of lean manufacturing are implemented to diversity in the supply chain. Many of the difference in culture environment dealership in all over the globally world recognize the diversity in supply chain process. (Volkswag, 2015)
