Wal-Mart is the strong brand and has the goof image in the minds of the customers. It is the largest retailer store in the North America. For attracting the customers, Wal-mart is adopting the different strategies. Wal-Mart embraces some of the initiatives of the corporate social responsibility in the organization. The purpose of this study is analyzing the initiatives of the corporate social responsibility and analyzes the affects of the corporate social responsibility on the performance of the organization.

Either that these initiatives influence the performance of the organization or not, now large number of the organizations are using the corporate social responsibility for increasing their performance or to increase the revenues. With this the purpose if the corporate social responsibility is the innovation in the products, because with the time the demands or needs of the customers are going to change.

The main or the important purpose of this study was to analyze the initiatives that Wal-Mart takes for making the string brand image. It is the world known brand and have the good image in the minds of the customers, these initiates of the corporate social responsibility help Wal-Mart to get some of the competitive advantages. Wal-Mart is operating in different countries but in all of the countries, it is operating with the different brand names. However, they are giving the high quality products with the low prices. Therefore, most of the customers are satisfied with this brand and they give preference to this brand on the others.

Wal-Mart adopts the simple strategy for the attraction of the customers only to build the good or the strong relations with the customers or the employees. This thing helps the organization to get the awareness about the demands or needs of the customers. It is the strong brand therefore it is not difficult for them to attract the more customers, for getting more competitive advantages Wal-Mart embrace the initiative of the corporate social responsibility.

The study also shows that these initiatives are creating the positive impact on the organizations or the communities of the other societies. With the time, the use of the corporate social responsibility is going to increase, because it positively affects the societies or the communities. The people of the societies for the communities also get advantages of corporate social responsibility.  

Objectives of Wal-Mart:

The objective of the research is to study the corporate social responsibility in Wal-Mart. It is among the growing companies that stated the commitment of the corporate social responsibility. In the report of 2013, Wal-Mart said that they have the responsibility to increase the profits while performing ethically the needs of the citizens or the communities. Regarding the corporate social responsibility Wal-Mart implement the different initiatives and have the focus on the different areas. Like Wal-Mart have the focus to promote the women’s empowerment regarding the economy and have to give the access to help the reliever hunger and give access to American healthy food
