Snapple has one policy that it so eagerly and proudly focuses on and the Jennie in the bottle is that their products must be liked by them in order for the customers to like them. This strategy has seen them through so far. They do not prefer to get public opinions or focus groups they just ask them what they want and make it so that they themselves like it. They are customer oriented but unlike their competitor, who makes focus groups sit and discuss the taste flavor and health they make it perfect for themselves. As a result, the customers like them(Deighton, 2002).
