iFly is a skydiving company with indoor facility. So, the product of the company is doing indoor skydiving.  In iFly, people come to enjoy the indoor ride of skydiving through special vertical wind tunnels which creates cushion of air wall to wall. On this cushion of air, one floats in the air like skydiving, but the difference is that you don’t have to jump out of a plane; rather it is a safe and indoor skydiving facility. There is nothing between customer and the air. The product is very interesting one with lots of entertainment and adventure. The people who love the adventure of real skydiving but they are not able to do so, they can avail this product provided by iFly, which is easily accessible and safe as well.

Who is the customer?

            The company follows a slogan that “anyone can fly”, which means everyone is the customer for this product. The company has given statement that people from the age of 3 to 103 years can come and enjoy this flying experience. Even people with some disabilities can also avail this facility. Young children and students always look for some fun filled activities. So, according to their needs, iFly can be a best choice. The company provides a unique experience of indoor skydiving, which is filled with fun and entertainment for young people. The company is looking to capture two basic segments of the mass target market. First one is young students from schools and universities, and the second segment is families. Students always look to have some fun time together, so they can be customers of iFly, as the company provides great facility of entertainment and adventure.
